Recipe
Ingredients:
- one pack of spaghetti (your choice of which kind of pasta or spaghetti)
-2 1/2 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 pack of frozen vegetables ( the small veggies pack of carrots, peas, string beans)
- 1/4 pond of ground meat
- 1 tsp. of ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 3 tbsp. of salt for the water for the spaghetti water
- 1/4 small can of tomato paste
- 4 cups of water
Instructions :
- put a pot of boiling water with 3 tbsp. of salt on high heat.
- take another pan preferably deep like a lasagna pan and put it on medium heat and add the olive oil
- then add the ground meat , salt, and pepper and saute till meat is halfway done
- after that add the frozen veggies and saute mixing occasionally till the veggies and meat are cooked through
- when pot of water is boiling add the pasta , cook till pasta is well done but has a little bite to it (aldente)
- add the tomato paste to the veggies and meat
- after the pasta is done mix it in with the meat and veggies in the pan
- add the water
- cover pan with foil and bake in the oven for 20- 30 minutes at 350 degrees
- take it out let it cool and enjoy
